Several mandals in Anakapalli district experienced rainfall on Saturday, October 17. After a sunny morning, the afternoon showers brought much-needed relief to the residents.
In Jogampeta, Golugonda mandal, rain fell continuously from morning until afternoon. This led to a pleasant drop in temperature across the area.
Anakapalli town also received light showers in the afternoon and evening. These rains provided some respite for both farmers and the general public.
Other mandals such as Madugula, Krishnadevi Peta, Devarapalli, Butchayyapeta, and Chidikada also reported rainfall. Farmers are hopeful that these rains will benefit their crops.
