The Central government has lifted the restrictions previously imposed on fuel sales. These limitations, which were affecting commercial and industrial production due to international conditions, have been removed.
The government also cancelled the limit of selling only 200 liters of diesel per day to a single vehicle at petrol pumps. This decision came into effect from July 1.
During this month, petrol and diesel prices are seeing minor changes depending on the region. The prices for petrol, diesel, and CNG as of October 19 are being monitored.
The removal of these restrictions is expected to ease concerns in the commercial and industrial sectors. It aims to ensure smoother operations and better fuel availability.
