Cyberabad police displayed unusual conduct towards victims of a road accident. The police refused to accept a complaint from the victims, and this incident has become a topic of discussion on social media.
Police officials informed the victims, "You wrote the complaint with two pens, we will not take the complaint." This peculiar reason for declining the complaint has surprised many.
Senior police officials previously stated that complaints related to accidents, thefts, and incidents involving senior citizens would be registered on the spot. An FIR copy would then be sent to the complainant's phone within one to 24 hours.
However, the actions of personnel on the ground contradict the directives from higher authorities. Despite assurances that citizens would not need to repeatedly visit police stations for FIRs, the staff's conduct remains inconsistent with these guidelines.
