The Enforcement Directorate (ED) stated in its supplementary prosecution complaint filed on October 17 that funds connected to transportation contracts were moved through shell companies and personal accounts, converted to cash, and then given to beneficiaries.
According to the ED's findings, RK Shipping & Logistics was established in 2021 by Shaik Saif Ahamed. He allegedly used the names of two schoolmates after promising them better employment opportunities.
The ED indicated that Ahamed informed these individuals that T Eswar Kiran Kumar Reddy, director of TEKKR Exports & Imports Pvt Ltd, needed nominal partners to create firms for routing funds.
The two individuals provided their Aadhaar and PAN details and signed the required documents. However, they later stated that they neither received jobs nor participated in the company's operations.
During the SIT investigation, these individuals discovered that cash transactions totaling ₹1.46 crore had passed through the company. The ED concluded that RK Shipping & Logistics conducted no genuine business activities.
