Hyderabad-based furniture player Fabience is setting up a new 1.5 lakh sq ft manufacturing facility in the city with an investment of Rs 50 crore. The plant is expected to be completed next year and generate direct employment for about 100 people, The Times of India reported.

The upcoming plant will primarily expand production of movable furniture, including sofas, chairs, loungers and standalone products, while supporting the company’s modular furniture lines, The Times of India stated.

The facility will be equipped with advanced Italian and German machinery and automated manufacturing systems focused on precision, consistency and efficiency, according to The Times of India.

Fabience, which was founded in 2018, currently operates a 2 lakh sq ft manufacturing facility in Hyderabad with about 200 employees, The Times of India mentioned.

The company manufactures modular kitchens, wardrobes, panelling and premium movable furniture, The Times of India reported.

This expansion will boost the manufacturing sector in Telangana and create employment opportunities for local residents, benefiting the regional economy.
