Farmers on Saturday besieged the Eagle Seeds company office located on Warangal Road in Huzurabad rural. They expressed strong anger as the private seed company has not paid their bills for crop produce purchased a year ago.
The Eagle Seeds company, based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, has an office set up locally. Farmers stated that the company had purchased their agricultural produce.
However, the company has failed to release the payments for the purchased crops. This delay has caused distress to the farmers.
The protesting farmers gheraoed the staff inside the office. They demanded the immediate release of their outstanding dues.
