The TPAD organization hosted grand Bathukamma celebrations on October 19, 2026, in Frisco, Texas, USA. More than 15,000 Telugu individuals gathered at the Comerica Center for the festive event.
The venue was filled with the essence of Telangana traditions from morning until night, featuring Telugu folk games and songs. Over a thousand women and young girls, adorned in traditional attire, actively participated in playing Bathukamma.
A large Bathukamma display was a central attraction of the celebrations. Positioned like a landmark tower in the center of the stadium, it drew women to dance around it and visitors to take selfies, creating a vibrant atmosphere.
Actor Naveen Polishetty and performances by the Infusion Band added special charm to the festivities. Their acts provided entertainment to all attendees.
Following the cultural programs, the Bathukamma immersion ceremony was conducted in accordance with traditional customs. This ritual marked the conclusion of the celebrations.
