The Global Horticulture Hub (GHH) and Indian School of Agriculture (ISA) have been inaugurated in Madanapalle. These prestigious institutions are expected to fundamentally transform the agricultural landscape of the Rayalaseema region, AP7AM reported.

Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, and Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan participated in the inauguration ceremony alongside Minister Lokesh. The primary objective of this hub is to double farmers' income, according to AP7AM.

Minister Lokesh expressed confidence that an agricultural revolution similar to Hyderabad's ISB would be created in Rayalaseema. He stated that the idea for 'Mission Rayalaseema' emerged after witnessing the hardships of farmers during the Yuva Galam padayatra.

Lokesh further mentioned that research will be conducted at all stages within this hub, from seeds to world-class products. Minister Lokesh described Chandrababu Naidu as the true 'Water Man,' attributing the improved water situation in Seema to his foresight.

AP7AM reported that this Global Horticulture Hub will change the very nature of Seema. These projects will bring modern agricultural practices and research to farmers in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, helping to improve their economic conditions.
