As part of the Green India Challenge, a tree-planting drive was held at Padmakshigutta in Hanamkonda on Saturday. MLC Pochampally Srinivas Reddy and former Chief Whip Dasyam Vinay Bhaskar participated in the event.
The initiative was jointly organized by Orugallu Wildlife and Vana Seva Societies. They stated their commitment to environmental conservation efforts.
Santosh Rao, founder of the Green India Challenge and former Rajya Sabha member, emphasized that protecting the environment is everyone's responsibility.
He further added that planting and nurturing trees can provide clean air and a healthy environment for future generations.
