Serious allegations of harassment have emerged against a senior manager at a prominent IT company in Hyderabad. Employees claim they are being forced to work over 14 hours a day and are subjected to gender discrimination.
According to AP7AM, these allegations stem from the company's Hafeezpet branch. Employees have stated they are pressured even during periods of illness.
AP7AM reported that female employees are experiencing gender discrimination, and their health concerns are being ignored.
The issue came to light through social media and internal company forums. An employee, who works as a Senior Procurement Analyst at the company, raised the issue on LinkedIn.
AP7AM reported that despite employees filing complaints with HR, the management has not taken any action.
