The bench, comprising Justice Krishank and Justice Harish Reddy, heard a petition filed by Sahurudaya Health Care Private Limited (Medicover Hospitals).
The High Court imposed restrictions on broadcasting defamatory stories against Medicover Hospitals, issuing these interim orders.
The bench clarified that these restrictions will remain in effect until the completion of the hearing and further orders are issued, or until the respondents present their arguments.
