The Telangana High Court on October 16 issued an interim order prohibiting the broadcast of content that could damage the reputation of Medicover Hospitals. The court passed these orders while hearing a petition filed by Sahyadri Health Care Private Limited (Medicover Hospitals).

The High Court also directed that any content already broadcast should not be re-telecast. The bench, comprising Justices Krishank and Harish Reddy, issued these interim directives.

The court imposed restrictions on broadcasting any objectionable content against Medicover Hospitals. These restrictions will remain in effect until further orders are issued or until the respondents present their arguments.

The High Court has instructed that no adverse publicity should be undertaken against Medicover Hospitals until the full hearing of the case is completed. This measure aims to protect the hospital's reputation.
