Hyderabad is emerging as a leading destination for Global Capability Centres (GCCs). Ramesh Nair, MD and CEO of Mindspace REIT, stated that 45 of the 100 new GCCs that came to India last year chose Hyderabad.
According to CBRE data, Hyderabad is now home to over 500 GCCs. This makes it India's second-largest market for these centres, after Bengaluru.
Ramesh Nair and Ram Chandnani of CBRE India said that the city's talent pool, the availability of office space, and a welcoming environment are drawing global firms to Hyderabad.
In the first half of 2026, 66 lakh square feet of office space was leased in the city. However, only 13 lakh square feet of new office space was completed during the same period.
Infrastructure development will determine the extent of Hyderabad's future growth, according to experts. This will help attract more global companies.
