Hyderabad Home Registrations Decline

Hyderabad's real estate market experienced a decrease in residential property registrations during September. Home registrations in September 2026 declined by 15 percent when compared to the same month last year.

Only 5,620 residential properties were registered in September. This indicates a slight slowdown in the city's real estate momentum.

The total value of registered properties also saw a reduction. This value decreased by 7 percent, reaching Rs. 4,487 crore.

These figures suggest a shift in the city's real estate market. This trend is different from the growth observed in previous months.
