Hyderabad's real estate market experienced a slowdown in September, with property registrations for homes declining by 15 percent compared to the previous year.
Sales of budget and mid-range homes saw a decrease, contributing to the overall drop in registrations.
However, the premium homes segment, priced above one crore rupees, maintained a steady demand. This segment provided some support to the market.
The overall transaction value was sustained by the premium segment. These details were released by Knight Frank India, after analyzing data from the Telangana government's registration department.
