The Hyderabad Water Board authorities are taking stringent measures against those wasting water in the city. Recently, Four Fathers Pub in Jubilee Hills was fined Rs 20,000 for water wastage.
The Water Board initiated this action due to the pub's excessive wastage of water. Along with the fine, officials also disconnected the pub's drinking water connection.
This decision by the Water Board has completely halted the pub's drinking water supply. Officials stated that such measures would help prevent similar incidents in the future.
The Water Board also stopped the supply of commercial water tankers to Four Fathers Pub. This decision was made as part of efforts to curb water wastage.
