The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted the formation of three separate low-pressure systems in the Bay of Bengal and Arabian Sea by the end of October. Officials stated that one of these systems has the potential to intensify into a cyclone.

IMD officials noted that more clarity regarding the potential cyclone's formation is expected in the coming week. Currently, a trough extends from south coastal Andhra Pradesh and its adjoining areas to the northwest Bay of Bengal.

Under the influence of this trough, the IMD forecasts rainfall in both Telugu states over the next three days. Coastal Andhra Pradesh is expected to receive more precipitation.

Light to moderate rainfall is likely in the southern coastal districts of Andhra Pradesh, Rayalaseema, and several parts of north coastal Andhra. Authorities have warned of heavy rainfall in some isolated areas.
