Food Inspector Srilatha conducted an inspection at Vedha 9 Restaurant in Jadcherla on Saturday, following a customer's complaint of food poisoning.
The customer reported developing rashes on their body within 15 minutes of consuming Telangana Chicken Curry at the Vedha 9 Hotel. This prompted the immediate complaint to the Food Inspector.
During the inspection, the Food Inspector found the kitchen to be unhygienic, a direct observation from the visit.
Food Inspector Srilatha also identified deficiencies in the storage of food ingredients at the restaurant during her assessment.
