Officials in Karimnagar district have initiated works for the Godavari Pushkaram festival. It has been decided to accelerate the necessary arrangements for the conduct of the Pushkarams. Funds have been specifically allocated for these works, and orders have been issued to complete them on time. Officials have emphasized taking all precautions to prevent any inconvenience to devotees, focusing on cleanliness at Pushkar ghats, drinking water facilities, and medical camps.
The District Collector has instructed officials to regularly review the progress of the Pushkaram works. The Collector also made it clear that there should be no compromise on the quality of work and that all tasks must be completed within the stipulated deadline. Officials expressed confidence that once these works are completed, devotees will be able to take holy dips during the upcoming Pushkarams without any difficulties.
