A low-pressure system in the Bay of Bengal brought moderate rainfall to the G. Madugula mandal on Saturday, lasting from morning until 3 PM. This led to waterlogging in low-lying areas.

The agency area has been experiencing cooler weather for the past three days. The rain that fell from Saturday morning to afternoon caused inconvenience to residents.

The main road in G. Madugula remained wet until afternoon due to the rainfall. Even after the rain subsided, temperatures continued to drop, which is favorable for crops in Munchingiputtu and Santametta.

Due to the low-pressure system, moderate rains have been occurring across the district since Saturday. Officials have advised the public to remain vigilant during these rains.
