A man identified as K Venkanna was allegedly beaten to death with a cricket bat in Narsingi limits. His body was discovered near a vehicle, prompting a police investigation.
According to The Times of India, a morning walker spotted the body near Kurma Bhavan and immediately alerted the police.
Investigators at the crime scene indicated that there was a struggle before the killing. The shattered windowpanes of the vehicle further suggested a scuffle may have preceded the attack.
Deputy Commissioner of Police, Serilingampally, Ch Srinivas, stated that police are actively investigating the identities of the assailants and the motive behind the murder, as reported by The Times of India.
