Telangana Minister Ponnam Prabhakar stated that the state is experiencing severe drought conditions. He made these remarks on October 18 while inaugurating high-mast lights at the Bathukamma ghat in Gandhinagar Thotapalli, Husnabad mandal, Siddipet district.
Minister Ponnam Prabhakar noted that drought is causing widespread devastation in various countries across the globe. He expressed concern that this situation is also having a severe impact on Telangana.
The Minister participated in the Saddula Bathukamma celebrations held near the Yellamma Cheruvu bund in Husnabad, Siddipet district. On this occasion, he extended Bathukamma festival greetings to the people.
Minister Prabhakar assured that the government is taking all necessary measures to tackle the drought situation. He also urged the public to cooperate with these efforts.
