The weekly cattle market held every Friday in Morampallibanjara, Burgampadu mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem district, has become a hub of problems, Disha daily reported. Farmers, cattle herders, and small traders visiting this market are facing severe difficulties due to a lack of basic amenities.

Allegations suggest that the market organizers have failed to provide essential facilities, according to Disha daily. This situation is causing significant inconvenience to people traveling from distant areas to attend the market.

According to the Disha daily report, there are accusations that instead of the stipulated Rs. 180 fee, Rs. 200 is being collected. This practice is reportedly imposing an additional burden on farmers.

Due to these issues, farmers and traders in the Bhadradri Kothagudem district are struggling every Friday to sell or purchase their cattle. The provision of basic facilities and transparency in fees are crucial for the people of this region.
