Mulugu district has secured the top position in Telangana for the implementation of new criminal laws, as reported by Andhrajyothy. DGP Anand conducted a high-level review of the implementation status of these laws across the state.

DGP Anand advised Hyderabad, Malkajgiri, Nizamabad, and Karimnagar districts to improve their performance. He identified these districts as lagging in the implementation of the new laws.

According to Andhrajyothy, Jayashankar Bhupalpally and Ramagundam Commissionerates are also on the list of areas lagging in the implementation of new criminal laws. There is a need to accelerate implementation in these regions.

DGP Anand also noted the lagging aspects of new criminal law implementation in Mahabubnagar, GRP Secunderabad, and Yadadri Bhuvanagiri districts. He suggested focusing on improving implementation in these districts.

Nationally, Telangana scores 60.15 in the rankings for the implementation of new criminal laws. The state needs to improve further in areas such as zero FIR, online chargesheet, e-evidence, and e-summons.

Mulugu district's leading position in implementing new criminal laws in Telangana serves as an example for improving law enforcement across the state. Enhancing the performance of other districts will lead to a more efficient justice system in the state.
