A special program was held at the Nalgonda District Collectorate on Monday with the aim of completely eradicating bonded labor in the district. During the event, posters and a flag were unveiled.
District Collector Chandrasekhar participated in the program and inaugurated a publicity bus. This bus will travel throughout the district to raise awareness among the public.
Additional SP Ramesh and Deputy Labor Commissioner Chandrasekhar also attended the event. Child Welfare Chairman Chintha Krishna was present at the launch.
One Town CI Rajasekhar and AHTU officials also took part in this campaign for the eradication of bonded labor.
The main objective of this publicity vehicle is to identify victims of bonded labor in the district, liberate them, and help them return to normal life.
Officials expressed hope that this campaign will increase public awareness about bonded labor and encourage cooperation in its eradication.
