Police have made extensive security arrangements for the Adelli Mahapochamma Ganganeella Jathara, which is scheduled to be held near the Godavari River in Sangvi village, Dilawarpur mandal, Nirmal district.
A robust police force comprising 250 officers and personnel has been deployed for the event. These measures aim to manage the crowd and maintain law and order throughout the festival.
District SP Janaki Sharmila provided instructions to the police personnel regarding their duties. She emphasized the importance of ensuring the smooth conduct of the jathara.
Police are taking precautions to prevent any inconvenience to devotees and to avoid any untoward incidents. Continuous monitoring will be in place across the jathara area.
