South Coast Railway has announced the addition of an extra Vistadome coach to the Visakhapatnam-Kirandul (Araku) passenger train. This measure is intended to alleviate the heavy passenger rush anticipated during the Dasara festival.

The additional Vistadome coach will be attached to the train from October 20 to October 28. This will provide more seating capacity and a better travel experience for passengers heading to Araku.

The Visakhapatnam-Kirandul route is popular, especially during festive seasons, with many tourists opting to visit Araku. The Vistadome coaches offer panoramic views, enhancing the journey.

The decision comes as a relief for many travelers who plan to visit the scenic Araku valley during the Dasara holidays. The railway aims to ensure comfortable travel for all passengers.

Passengers are advised to book their tickets in advance to avail themselves of this enhanced service. This move is expected to manage the increased demand effectively.

The railway authorities are continuously monitoring passenger traffic to implement necessary adjustments and improve services during peak seasons.
