The Telangana State Police has announced short film and photography competitions in connection with Police Flag Day 2026. Citizens are invited to participate in these events.
Police Flag Day is observed annually on October 21 to honor personnel who have died in the line of duty. The competitions aim to highlight police services, foster creativity, and strengthen the bond between the police and the public.
Short films submitted for the competition must focus on themes related to policing. Participants can submit their films in English, Telugu, or Urdu, with each film not exceeding three minutes in length.
Entries for both short film and photography categories must be uploaded through the designated police portals by October 30, 2026, officials stated.
