Job seekers from Telangana and Andhra Pradesh have expressed their distress, alleging that Tomcom defrauded them by promising overseas employment. The victims stated that they placed their trust in Tomcom because the Telangana government had assured them that the organization would provide jobs. They accused Tomcom of collecting money from them with the promise of guaranteed employment, only to deceive them. The job seekers are now demanding a refund of the fees they paid. They noted that their confidence in Tomcom grew after Labor Minister Gaddam Vivek inaugurated the Tomcom German language program.
