An accident occurred during Dandiya celebrations at Maturi Venkata Subbarao (MVSR) Engineering College in Nadargul, on the outskirts of the city. Two students lost their lives in the incident.
The mishap took place on October 17, 2026, at 9:39 PM. A heavy iron crane, which was set up with a large lighting system, suddenly collapsed while students were performing Dandiya dances.
