These unauthorised layouts operate with the backing of local politicians. With this support, real estate developers are openly disregarding regulations and operating without proper approvals.
Officials are also showing negligence towards these illegal real estate activities. Their lack of oversight allows the unauthorised real estate business to expand further, affecting unsuspecting buyers.
