Vikarabad District SP Sneha Mehra, IPS, inspected the Bell of Arms at the Armed Reserve Headquarters on October 17. The inspection was part of her annual review of the facilities.
During her visit, the SP thoroughly examined records related to weapon maintenance, safety standards, and the issuance and receipt of arms. She issued several directives to the officials present.
SP Mehra reviewed key documents including the stock ledger, weekly cleaning register, and the register for issuing weapons to officers and PSO's. She also checked issuance and receipt vouchers and records of previous inspections.
Further, the SP inspected the annual weapon inspection E-05 book, the base repair workshop book, and the ammunition stock ledger, ensuring all records were up to date.
Following the review of documents, she visited the magazine room. There, she personally inspected the weapons and ammunition stored, verifying their details and security measures.
