Vishnu Chemicals Limited has announced the resumption of full operations at its Parwada plant in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. The plant has been operational since May 12, 2026, bringing to a close the temporary shutdown that was in effect.
The temporary shutdown was initially communicated on April 15, 2026. An extension of this shutdown was subsequently disclosed on May 5, 2026.
Company Secretary Vibha Shinde filed this disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
The resumption of full operations is a positive development for the local economy and the workforce dependent on the plant. With production activities back in full swing, it is expected to contribute to stability and employment opportunities in the region.
