Warangal Police Commissioner N. Swetha, IPS, has issued a directive for all entities offering accommodation to foreign nationals within the Warangal Police Commissionerate limits to register their details.
This mandate applies to various establishments including hotels, hostels, rented houses, educational institutions, and medical facilities. Operators must submit the required information online within 24 hours of a foreign national's arrival or departure.
The registration process falls under Section 8 of the Immigration and Foreigners Act, 2025. The details are to be submitted online using Form III, which was previously known as Form C.
The directive also covers Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) cardholders, as well as citizens from Nepal and Bhutan, among other categories of foreign nationals.
