A woman died in a car racing incident that occurred in Amistapur, under Bhutpur Municipality in Mahabubnagar district, on October 17, 2026, at 9:55 AM.
Youths were racing two Thar cars when they collided with a motorcycle. The woman riding the motorcycle died on the spot.
The woman's husband sustained severe injuries in the accident. He is currently undergoing treatment at a hospital.
The incident has caused distress in the local community. Police have registered a case and are investigating.
