The free coaching will be provided both online and offline under the leadership of the Centre for Educational Development of Minorities (CEDM), which operates under the Minority Welfare Department. This offers flexibility for candidates to choose their preferred mode of learning.
Minister Farooq stated that candidates applying for offline coaching must possess a BPL card. This measure aims to prioritize economically disadvantaged minority candidates.
