Every year, lakhs of students graduate with degrees, yet only a fraction secure good jobs. Many others struggle to find suitable employment opportunities. Despite hundreds of thousands of apprenticeship seats being available across the country, young people are not utilizing them. Even with degrees, they are increasingly opting for gig work over stable employment. An analysis of the reasons behind this trend is necessary.
