Mythri Movie Makers released the teaser for Donga Naa Koduku on its X account on Wednesday from Hyderabad. The production house, which has shared credit on several Telugu blockbusters in recent years, is backing the crime comedy as the first feature directed by Sreenu Kambala.
Actor Mouli Tanuj Prasanth plays the lead in the upcoming Telugu film. Mythri Movie Makers said Donga Naa Koduku would reach theatres worldwide from November 13 and paired that date with the line that the title would be looting the box office worldwide from November 13.
The company tagged the project as robbery, crime and comedy in its promotion. Its post carried hashtags including #MouliRobsMythri and #DNK, and it named @MythriOfficial as the producer of Donga Naa Koduku.
In the same post Mythri Movie Makers wrote, "Bhadram, be careful, brotheruu… #DongaNaaKoduku & family is here-uu." The teaser push presents humour together with robbery and crime, matching the three labels the makers attached to the film.
The protagonist is Eeshwar, a BTech dropout. He has money-minded parents, a close friend and a girlfriend, yet the story setup has him wishing for none of them in his next birth and asking for just one thing — money.
Sreenu Kambala directs his debut feature under Mythri Movie Makers. The makers have fixed November 13 for the theatrical run and used Wednesday’s teaser as the latest public move before that opening.
The campaign runs under the title Donga Naa Koduku across social posts and release messaging. Mythri Movie Makers linked the family-themed promo copy to the hashtag and the November 13 window when it said the film would go out to cinemas on a worldwide schedule.
The film is billed as a Telugu crime comedy built around Mouli Tanuj Prasanth’s lead role. Mythri Movie Makers framed the Wednesday drop as the first look at a project it will produce under the Donga Naa Koduku name ahead of the November 13 worldwide theatrical date.
Debutant director Sreenu Kambala’s name sits on the release alongside the production banner that posted the teaser. Mythri Movie Makers has not announced a change to the November 13 opening in its X messaging tied to the teaser.
