Peddapalli District Collector Koya Sri Harsha has directed officials to ensure all necessary basic amenities are provided in model schools for students. He made these remarks during a surprise inspection of the Garrepalli Telangana Model School and College in Sultanabad mandal on Tuesday.
According to Andhraprabha Daily, the Collector inspected the facilities available to students, hostel amenities, electrical system, school premises, and sports ground.
The Collector stated that officials should take measures to ensure all necessary basic amenities are available in model schools so that students do not face any difficulties. Andhraprabha Daily reported that some rooms in the girls' hostel had faulty doors, and there were issues with the electrical wiring in the school.
The Collector ordered that these issues, along with other repair works, be completed quickly. He emphasized the importance of providing a better environment for students to ensure their education is not hindered.
These directives will help improve the educational environment for students in model schools across Peddapalli district. This will enhance student safety and comfort, thereby improving their academic outcomes.
