The breakfast scheme, a brainchild of Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, launched in Telangana government schools, is showing remarkable results. An independent survey indicates that not only has student attendance significantly increased, but positive health changes are also observed among the students.

The survey, conducted by 'Third Vision Research and Services', revealed that 99.9 percent of students are consuming the provided breakfast. Among the menu items, bonda and dosa received high preference, while upma garnered less enthusiasm.

The scheme, which began as a pilot project in the Kodangal constituency, has been successfully implemented. Under the initiative of Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, the Hare Krishna Movement (HKM) Charitable Foundation is operating the scheme through a centralized kitchen in Kodangal.

The survey found that student attendance in schools has increased by 20 to 22 percent due to this scheme. Experts believe this will greatly benefit students' education and their future prospects.

Considering these positive outcomes, the government has decided to expand the scheme statewide. This expansion will provide nutritious breakfast to all government school students across Telangana, contributing to the improvement of their educational standards.
