The Telangana government is preparing to fill 886 new municipal posts across the state. The recruitment process for these positions is expected to begin soon, offering a significant opportunity for job seekers in the region.
According to a TV9 Telugu report, a total of 886 jobs will be filled in the Telangana Municipal Department. The primary aim of these recruitments is to address the staff shortage in newly established municipalities.
TV9 Telugu stated that the Finance Department has already approved the filling of these posts. The recruitment process is likely to commence through the Telangana Public Service Commission (TGPSC) after cabinet approval.
The report by TV9 Telugu indicates that these recruitments include various positions such as Grade-3 Municipal Commissioner, Junior Assistant, Accountant, and Assistant Executive Engineer (AEE).
TV9 Telugu reported that the notification for these posts might be released in January. However, the report also clarified that the final decision and official announcement will provide more clarity.
