Unemployed candidates expressed strong dissatisfaction over the police constable recruitment notification, which did not allocate posts for Medchal-Malkajgiri, Ranga Reddy, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri, and Hyderabad districts. Protests erupted in LB Nagar on October 6.
BRS State General Secretary Goundla Nagender Goud announced his support for the protest organized by unemployed candidates at Dilsukhnagar Chowrasta on Tuesday, as reported by Namasthe Telangana.
Goundla Nagender Goud stated that a notification was issued for the recruitment of a total of 7,437 posts across the Police, Special Protection Force, Prisons, and Fire Services departments statewide.
However, he expressed regret that no vacancies were announced for the Medchal-Malkajgiri, Ranga Reddy, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri, and Hyderabad districts.
He demanded that the government respond immediately and ensure justice for the candidates from these districts.
The exclusion of opportunities for local youth in this recruitment process has caused significant disappointment among the unemployed in these districts.
