The Andhra Pradesh government on Friday, October 30, credited the second 2026–27 instalment of Annadata Sukhibhava–PM Kisan to farmers' bank accounts. The Cabinet cleared the payout on Thursday.

The numbers

  • Beneficiaries: 46,85,838 farmer families
  • ₹7,000 per family: ₹5,000 from the state, ₹2,000 from the Centre under PM Kisan
  • Total ₹3,125 crore: state ₹2,342.92 crore, Centre ₹782.55 crore
  • Annual support is ₹20,000 per farmer (state ₹14,000, Centre ₹6,000), paid in three instalments
  • The first instalment reached the same families on June 20.

GoodReturns reports that 17,828 accounts were not credited due to technical issues and will be paid once fixed. The release was done without public events because the Model Code of Conduct for local body polls is in force. Farmers can check status with their Aadhaar number on annadathasukhibhava.ap.gov.in.

Other Cabinet decisions (per The Hans India)
