The Ball Corporation Commissioner has instructed officials to ensure that the graduate voter registration process is free from irregularities. These clear directives were issued during a meeting held on October 17.

The Commissioner stated that Form-18 applications must be registered and digitized using the software provided by the CEO's office. Online applications, along with their supporting documents, should be downloaded and given to regular BLOs for field verification.

Applications are to be rejected only if the applicant does not reside at the address provided, the Commissioner clarified. He emphasized that applications should not be rejected solely due to the non-submission of necessary documents.

BLOs have been directed to personally visit applicants' homes to collect any required documents. The Commissioner also instructed officials to take steps to ensure that all eligible graduates are granted the right to vote.

Details of Form-18 applications received daily must be updated regularly in a Google Drive sheet. The Commissioner stressed that this entire process should be conducted with complete transparency.
