BRS state secretary Koleti Damodar has accused the Congress government of being responsible for the current power crisis in Telangana. He stated on Saturday that Chief Minister Revanth Reddy is misleading the public by blaming El Nino for the situation.
Damodar criticized the government for failing to take preparatory measures despite experts warning about the El Nino effect for the past six months. He attributed the difficulties in power generation to a lack of advance planning and insufficient focus on coal reserves.
Koleti Damodar strongly condemned the government's action of making officials scapegoats for its own mistakes. He emphasized that such actions are unacceptable.
The BRS leader highlighted that the current difficulties in power generation are a direct result of the government's shortcomings. He urged the government to address the crisis immediately.
