The strike by NHM contract and outsourcing employees at the Mancherial District Collectorate has entered its fifth day. The workers are demanding that the government immediately regularize their services.

The BRS party from the Mancherial constituency has extended its support to the ongoing protest. Former MLA Nadipelli Diwakar Rao and BRS state leader Nadipelli Vijith Kumar participated in the dharna to show their solidarity.

Speaking at the event, Diwakar Rao recalled that the Congress government had promised to regularize contract employees during the election campaign. He also referred to previous statements made by Chief Minister Revanth Reddy.

Diwakar Rao stated that Chief Minister Revanth Reddy had indicated before taking office that regularizing contract employees would be a simple task. However, he criticized that the government is not addressing the issue after coming to power.

Diwakar Rao urged the government to fulfill its election promise and resolve the demands of the contract employees without delay. He called for the immediate regularization of their services.
