Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has expressed strong anger over the ongoing power outages across the state, which are causing significant inconvenience to the public. He has warned officials to ensure an uninterrupted power supply to all categories of consumers.

The Chief Minister made it clear that he would not tolerate any actions by officials that cause inconvenience to the public. He further warned that those responsible for such lapses would face suspension.

Revanth Reddy questioned why the Yadadri power plant was not generating electricity at full capacity. This query comes despite coal linkages having been arranged from Naini and Mahanadi to prevent any shortage.

He directed officials to immediately explain the reasons for the power outages. The Chief Minister stated that the Special Chief Secretary (Energy) and the CMD of Genco would face suspension if found negligent in discharging their duties.

Ensuring an uninterrupted power supply is crucial for the daily lives and economic activities of the people in Telangana. The Chief Minister's stern warning is expected to prompt officials to take immediate measures to improve power supply across the state.
