Dr. Tukaram Rathod, the District Medical and Health Officer, has instructed all scanning centers in Bhadradri district to strictly comply with existing regulations. He ordered the robust implementation of the PCPNDT Act.
DMHO Tukaram issued these directives in Kothagudem on October 17. He also instructed officials to conduct vigilant oversight to prevent any violations of the stipulated norms.
DMHO Tukaram mandated that inspections be carried out at all scanning centers within the district every three months. These periodic checks will ensure adherence to the PCPNDT Act.
The measures aim to prevent sex determination tests and ensure the effective enforcement of the law across the district.
