The court found that the illegal case was fabricated against Koppula Ravikumar, a YSRCP candidate for the Dachepalli Nagar Panchayat, as part of a conspiracy to prevent him from filing his nomination papers.
On Saturday, October 17, the Guntur Civil Judge Court conducted a hearing on the alleged illegal case filed against Ravikumar.
The court rebuked the police for their actions and explicitly stated that Ravikumar must be allowed to file his nomination without any obstruction.
The court issued an order directing that Ravikumar be allowed to file his nomination tomorrow.
The court's order also specified that Ravikumar should not face any intimidation during the nomination process.
