Amaravati — YSR Congress Party president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy posted on social media on Sunday, September 13, continuing his sustained campaign against Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu over alleged irregularities in the DSC (District Selection Committee) teacher recruitment process.
Describing it as "a rollercoaster of twists and turns," Jagan detailed the case of one contested teacher post: the candidate was reportedly awarded 65 TET marks after passing through seven stages of verification, even though the District Education Officer had confirmed the candidate was ineligible.
Jagan questioned what exactly was verified during those seven stages. He pointed to further inconsistencies — including the candidate reportedly being unaware of how he received the job, and a subsequent claim of 77 marks scored in a 2018 TET attempt.
Jagan said the government's explanations for the case "keep changing," raising further questions for the thousands of teacher aspirants awaiting clarity on the recruitment process.
